Last 25 years we are in Education Field. Last in 2006 We have started CBSE school on the name of Late Mrs. Housabai Jaypal Magdum Public Highschool at Nimshirgaon every year we are educating good Numbers of students. Now we are going to start Homoeopathic College & Hospital on the name of Late Mrs. Housabai Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Nimshirgaon. 25 bedded – Homoeopathic Hospital, – trained & well qualified doctors are working in this hospital. We have maximum facilities in minimum charges.

COLLEGE ACTIVITIES

On 6th November, a warm and heartfelt celebration was held at Late Mrs. Housabai Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Nimshirgaon to mark the 65th Birthday of our Honorable Chairman, Dr. Sukumar J. Magdum. The program began with offering floral felicitations and expressing gratitude for his inspirational leadership and continuous support in the development of the institution. Students, teaching, and non-teaching staff actively participated in the celebration. Speeches were delivered highlighting his dedication, visionary guidance, and the positive impact he has made in shaping the institution and the students’ future. The celebration concluded with extending best wishes for his good health, happiness, and long life.

On 15th October 2025, Late Mrs. Housabai Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Nimshirgaon, organized a Book Exhibition in the college library to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, celebrated as Vachan Prerana Din (Inspiration Day for Reading). The exhibition showcased a wide range of books, including literature, science, medicine, and biographies, aimed at motivating students to develop a habit of reading and self-learning. Students and faculty members actively participated and explored the collection with great enthusiasm. The event successfully inspired everyone to follow Dr. Kalam’s vision of continuous learning and intellectual growth.

 

On 12 oct 2025 The 1st Graduation Ceremony 2025 of Late Mrs. Housabai Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Nimshirgaon, Kolhapur, under Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik, was conducted with great pride and enthusiasm. The ceremony was graced by esteemed dignitaries including Hon. Dr. Rajendra Patil Yadravkar, MLA, Shirol Constituency; Prof. Dr. Milind B. Nikumbh, Pro-Vice Chancellor, MUHS; Dr. Devendra S. Patil, Director, Student Welfare, MUHS; Dr. Rajkumar Patil, Dean, Faculty of Homoeopathy, MUHS; and Shri Mahendra N. Kothawade, Deputy Registrar, MUHS. Graduates received their degrees in a formal and inspiring atmosphere, marking a significant milestone in their academic journey. The event celebrated the hard work, dedication, and achievements of the students, while motivating them to serve society with compassion, knowledge, and professionalism. The ceremony concluded with heartfelt congratulations and best wishes for the future of all graduating students.

 

The First-Year students of Late Mrs. Housabai Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Nimshirgaon, celebrated World Heart Day with great enthusiasm on 29th September 2025, under the guidance of the Anatomy Department and the NSS Committee.


 

NSS Foundation Day Celebration
The NSS Foundation Day was celebrated at Late Mrs. Housabai Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Nimshirgaon, on 24th September 2025 at 2:00 pm.
The programme included an inspiring seminar by Dr. Jineshwar Annasaheb Yaligouda, recipient of the Best NSS Programme Officer Award 2024–2025 from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. In his address, Dr. Yaligouda highlighted the objectives of the National Service Scheme and encouraged students to actively participate in community welfare and social service activities.
To mark the occasion, a tree plantation drive was also organized, creating awareness about environmental protection and the importance of sustainable green practices.
The event successfully combined knowledge with action, reinforcing the true spirit of NSS among students and staff.
